Webhooks

Event names are frozen. The Answers webhooks screen lists them and has no registration form. MCP cannot create endpoints.

Schema version is 1. data may include eventId, schemaVersion, appId, environment, occurredAt, sessionId, answerId, feedbackId, sourceId, sourceRevision, indexGeneration, helpful, axis, and revision. It does not include question text, answer text, excerpts, titles, source URLs, or provider keys.
