Hosted, and Importer Production

Feedback, Chat, and Onboard Hosted store that product's customer content. Importer Production is the same list price for live keys and hosted config. File contents still stay in the browser.
Chat storage add-on
Chat Hosted includes 1 GB of files. The optional add-on is $9.99 / month and raises the cap to 10 GB. It requires Chat Hosted. Uploads freeze at the cap. It is not stack-discounted. After 10 GB, move files to BYO.
Stack discount
Count paid products only. Free tiers do not take a slot. Cents match billing: round the list to cents, then round cents × (100 − percent) / 100. The calculator uses catalog order (Importer, Feedback, Chat, Onboard) because a preview has no subscription start time. Live billing keeps the oldest paid subscription at list. When every list price is $19.99, the monthly total does not change with order. When list prices differ, which product is oldest changes the total.

Pricing questions
Is there a seat tax or a MAU tax?
No. Plans are per workspace. Seats and monthly active users are not invoice lines. Session counts are operational.
What is free?
Local mode, in-browser demos, and test keys on every product. Live publishable keys need a paid plan for that product.
What is the difference between BYO and Hosted?
BYO is $9.99 / month for live config. Customer content stays on your backend. Hosted is $19.99 / month and adds Bootstrapware storage: Feedback posts and votes, Chat messages and files, or Onboard progress and summaries. Importer has no BYO/Hosted split. Its paid plan is Production at $19.99 / month, and spreadsheet contents stay in the browser.
How does the stack discount work?
The first paid product stays at its list price. The second paid product is 25% off that product's list. The third and each later paid product are 35% off list. Free tiers do not take a slot. The Chat storage add-on is not discounted. The calculator uses catalog order because a simultaneous selection has no start date. Live billing keeps the oldest active subscription at list.
Is the Chat storage add-on part of the stack discount?
No. Hosted Chat includes 1 GB. The optional add-on is $9.99 / month and raises the cap to 10 GB. It requires Hosted Chat. It is not a fourth product.
