Revisions

create_answers_app stores a draft and does not publish. update_answers_draft saves that draft. name is optional. publish_answers_app marks the draft published.

The dashboard create path publishes the first revision immediately. A later update_answers_draft adds a new unpublished revision. Ask keeps using the published revision until you publish again.

get_answers_published_config returns the published config only. It fails when nothing is published yet.
