API keys

Prefixes are bsw_test_pub_, bsw_test_sec_, bsw_live_pub_, and bsw_live_sec_. The browser env is NEXT_PUBLIC_BSW_ANSWERS_PUBLISHABLE_KEY.

• Publishable keys identify the workspace on POST /api/v1/ask. They are not secrets.
• Secret keys mint on the dashboard and authorize MCP as a fallback, plus the provider route.
• ensure_answers_test_publishable returns the full test publishable and envLine every time. It does not mint live or secret keys.
• Live publishable config needs BYO ($9.99) or Hosted ($19.99). Test keys work unpaid.
