Grounding

A factual answer cites ids from the retrieved revision. The widget links a URL only when that URL is on the citation. A URL that appears only in the answer prose stays text. HTML stays text.

When the sources do not support the question, the outcome is unanswered and the configured fallback. There is no model-memory guess and no public confidence percentage. The response is complete. It does not stream.

Indexed documents are untrusted. Instructions inside a source do not change the system behavior.
