Unanswered

An unanswered ask returns your fallback and does not invent an answer. Hosted still stores the normalized question so the dashboard can group repeats, even when conversation history is off.

The dashboard groups those questions. Add answer writes a manual source, which is dashboard-only. MCP does not accept the question text, the manual body, or a file.
