Pricing questions
What is free?
Local/demo adapters and test keys for development. You get the real embed UX without a paid Onboard entitlement.
What does BYO ($9.99 / month) include?
Live flow configuration, publishable config fetch, revisions, and operational sessions. You store progress yourself via an OnboardAdapter and use onEvent for side effects.
What does Hosted ($19.99 / month) include?
Everything in BYO plus Bootstrapware storage for progress records and integration-reported summaries, plus Hosted webhooks. Live Hosted writes require authorToken from your BFF.
Is there MAU billing?
No. Onboard is workspace pricing with no seat tax and no MAU meter.
What happens if I cancel Hosted?
Writes freeze immediately. You may export from the dashboard for 30 days; then Hosted progress and summaries are deleted. Downgrading to active BYO keeps data and does not start the 30-day clock.
What is the stack discount?
Second product: 25% off that product's list. Third and later: 35% off list.
