Cancel Hosted: writes freeze, export for 30 days, then Hosted messages and objects are deleted. Start in the dashboard.

Building a stack? The more products you add, the less each one costs.
Every Bootstrapware product is independently purchasable at list price. When you add a second or third product, the discount applies automatically. No predefined bundles. Chat list prices take the third-product discount when Importer and Feedback are already active. The storage add-on does not.

What is free?
Local/demo adapters and test keys for development. You get the real embed UX without a paid Chat entitlement.
What does BYO ($9.99 / month) include?
Live app configuration, publishable config fetch, revisions, and operational sessions/webhooks. You store messages and files yourself via a ChatAdapter.
What does Hosted ($19.99 / month) include?
Everything in BYO plus Bootstrapware storage for messages and files (1 GB included), SSE, and dashboard inbox. Live Hosted writes require the Hosted plan.
Is $19.99 the same as Importer?
Importer production is a single $19.99 tier. Chat has its own ladder: Free, BYO $9.99, Hosted $19.99. Stack discounts still apply across products.
What is the Chat storage add-on?
Optional $9.99 / month raises the Hosted file cap from 1 GB to 10 GB. It is not a fourth product and is not stack-discounted. After 10 GB, move files to BYO.
What happens if I cancel Hosted?
Writes freeze, including uploads. You can export for 30 days. Then Hosted messages and objects are deleted. The storage add-on cancels with Hosted.
What is the stack discount?
Second product: 25% off that product's list. Third and later: 35% off list. Chat is the third product, so list prices take 35% off when you already buy two others. The $9.99 storage add-on is not discounted.
