Hosted index

Retrieval uses the active index generation. Each chunk points back at a source revision. Deleting a source tombstones it so that text cannot stay retrievable after the delete commits.

reindex_answers_app queues a job. Pass the same public URL you added, or omit url to reindex the app. The tool does not accept file bytes or a question. A failed crawl does not replace the last good generation.

The included ceiling is 4,000 indexed chunks per app and 2,000 sources. Hitting a ceiling stops that axis.
