Clarification

Private clarification belongs to the buyer plus one invited supplier. Suppliers never cross-read other conversations. A shared addendum is a deliberate buyer-published note on the RFQ. It must not automatically forward private questions or identify the supplier. An addendum that changes requirements creates an RFQ revision.

RFQ includes this UI. It does not require a separate Comments or Chat purchase.
