Citations or no answer
A factual reply cites retrieved evidence. An unsupported question returns unanswered and your fallback. There is no public confidence percentage.
BYO or Hosted
BYO ($9.99) keeps knowledge, retrieval, the model, and visitor logs on your backend. Hosted ($19.99) stores approved public sources and the answers served from them, inside a published envelope.
Visitor session
The visitor session id lives in sessionStorage. It is not a first-party cookie.
Page context
The default hint is the current URL and title. Answers does not send the DOM.
Not a helpdesk
No inbox, tickets, CRM, voice, or workflow canvas. Not an AI employee.
