Moderate Hosted chat

On Hosted ($19.99), messages and files live on Bootstrapware. The embed collects plain text and allowlisted attachments; you own moderation decisions in the dashboard inbox.

That is the trade: less BYO plumbing, more responsibility for content policy on stored prose and files.

What you can do in the inbox

• Open threads, read bodies, and inspect attachment metadata (not a substitute for your own policy).
• Send as Team (author id team). Inbox send is dashboard-only, not MCP.
• Delete or archive conversations.
• Export Hosted inbox JSON from the dashboard when you need an offline copy (bodies included in export).

Hosted events can emit chat.* webhooks (ids only).

Content policy

Messages are plain text (max 4,000). Attachments are jpeg/png/webp/gif/pdf up to 10 MB. There is no virus scanning product surface. Treat Hosted content like user-generated text and files you are responsible for reviewing. MCP never carries bodies; do not invent tools that do.

Cancel Hosted

1. Writes freeze immediately when Hosted entitlement ends, including uploads.
2. Dashboard JSON export remains available for 30 days.
3. After that window, Hosted messages and objects are deleted. The storage add-on cancels with Hosted.

The same cancel timeline is stated on product privacy, billing, and Terms. Export before the window closes if you need continuity.
